Return and Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES. Adorn is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items once they leave or are shipped from the shop to the shipping address that is given at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve lost or stolen items. Tracking numbers are given to all shipped packages to help with tracking and location services. Store credit will be issued for all eligible return items. Store credit MUST BE USED within 60 days of the return date unless authorized otherwise.
In Store Returns:
Instore credit will be issued for any clothing, decor items, or shoes if returned within 30 days of the purchase, in brand new condition with tags still on. Shoes must be returned in their original unmanaged box. Any damages or change to the original shoe box will result in a partial return. Items with makeup, deordant, or any damages/changes acquired after purchase will not be eligible for return. Because of this please READ ALL CARE INSTRUCTIONS before washing.

In store credit will be issued if items are returned to the Adorn shop 20 days after the customer receives the item. We suggest shipping any returns within 5 days or less of receiving the item to ensure it arrives to Adorn in time. Items with makeup, deordant, or any damages/changes acquired after shipping with not be eligible for returns. This includes shoe boxes as well. Shoes must be shipped with the original shoe box placed in another shipping box. Any damanaged or altered shoe boxes will result in a partial refund. Store credit MUST BE USED within 60 days of the return date, unless authorized otherwise. All store credit certificate and online codes come with an expiration date clearly marked.
